We are committed to offering a welcoming and inclusive space for our visitors, clients and staff, and can make reasonable adjustments to accommodate accessibility requirements with advanced notice.

We have the following accessibility limitations in our office:

• The street level entrance to our building has one small step up
• Our office is split across the third and fourth floors of the building and is not currently fully wheelchair accessible
• The third floor is accessible by lift
• The fourth floor is only accessible from the third floor via a small staircase with 15 steps
• There are gender-neutral toilets on both floors, but they are not wheelchair accessible

We’d be very happy to make the following adjustments with notice for those visiting us:

• Our meeting rooms are on the fourth floor but we can host meetings in a designated space on the third floor
• Meetings can be held in other locations offsite where wheelchair accessibility is required
• We can change certain aspects of our working practices such as meeting times or technologies used
• We can provide auxiliary aids as needed
