Pandora wanted to bring their Facebook chatbot, Gemma, to life in an in-mall activation at Westfield, as a hero element for a Valentine’s OOH campaign.

Flying Object partnered with JCDecaux to design and deliver this installation.

Strategy

A digital touchscreen isn’t unique by itself. For a busy environment like Westfield, we needed a bold, totemic placement that feels immersive and photo-ready.

Idea

Our Gemma activation re-imagined Gemma as an animated 3D heart, living within a rich branded environment. 

It’s been really amazing working with Flying Object and JCDecaux on this. We’ve been able to collaborate really well, bringing together lots of different skill sets, and the whole process has been completely seamless.
